Indian Idol 12: Aditya Narayan Speaks Up On Contestants Getting Trolled; Says 'They Are Getting To Know The Harsh Reality Of The World Outside Reality Show'
Indian Idol 12 has been creating a huge buzz lately for many reasons. From contestants delivering rocking performances to some of them getting trolled and more, Indian Idol has been making headlines a lot and how! As many are aware, since the past few days, many viewers of the show have been demanding the makers of Indian Idol to eliminate some of the contestants. There are many celebs including Abhijeet Sawant and Anuradha Paudwal who came out in support of them.

In conversation with Subhash K Jha for SpotboyE, Indian Idol host Aditya Narayan addressed the matter and said that he is glad the contestants are learning to deal with flak at such a young age. 'Accha hai. They are getting to know the harsh reality of the world outside the reality show. As their fans grow, so will the critics. It is inevitable.'

For the uninitiated, Indian Idol has been in hot water after the Kishore Kumar special was aired. The judges and contestants were trolled for ruining the legendary singer's songs. Kishore Kumar's son Amit who was a guest on the special episode later said that he was asked to praise every contestant no matter what. He further added that he himself didn't enjoy the episode.

Post the controversy, in a new episode, Aditya Narayan took a dig at Amit Kumar for criticizing the contestants. Taking a dig, he asked guest Kumar Sanu if he was asked to forcefully praise the contestants and it didn't go down well with many. Aditya Narayan was trolled left, right and center for doing so. However, in an interview with SpotboyE, responding to the trolls, he said, 'To all trolls who are trolling and lashing out at me I say, Shashtaang Pranaam to all and God bless you.'
